We have launched a Loyalty Bonus Program for ITPs. You will be paid 5 paise for every line you submit directly to the client. For example, if you submitted 30,000 converted lines as direct in January 2011, and if your QA score for January 2011 is 99%, then you will get 30,000 x 0.05 INR = Rs. 1500. You can earn the Loyalty Bonus as long as you continue to be associated as an ITP with NTS India. Introduction of Referral Bonus for ITPs: NTS India has introduced one more unique program to increase your earnings. You can refer your MT friends to NTS India and earn more. You will be paid 5 paise for every line your MT friend submits directly to the client. For example, if you refer Candidate A who submitted 30,000 lines as direct in January 2011 and candidate A’s QA% is 99% for the month; then, you will receive 30,000 lines x 0.05 INR = 1500 as Referral Bonus for referring candidate A along with your earnings for the month. Save travel time: You might be spending 1-2 hours or more in a day to commute to your office. This time can be used to produce more lines, which in turn can increase your monthly earnings. Save travel cost: You might be spending Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 to commute to your office, which will now convert into your monthly saving. We will evaluate the organizations and decide for which organization we will collect the funds for that month. Fix It Program: This is another unique program where an OBE/HBE/ITP can voice his/her concerns/issues faced during their association with NTS India. Under this program, an OBE/HBE/ITP can escalate their concerns/issues through this program, in case their issues are not resolved adequately by their respective Team Managers, Unit Heads, Operations Director, etc. Once you raise an issue through this program, a unique Case ID with a unique password is generated, through which you can track the status of the issue raised until the case is closed or resolved. How to Apply? As a company, we maintain a database of MT candidates. We have our own format of collecting candidate profile, which is to be updated online to our database. We also issue a unique ID for each MT professional who registers with us, and we call this as HR ID. Your HR ID is 14074 for example.
